We had a chat with our model Oshun 12 months after her first shoot with us. Here’s what she said!
Where was your first shoot made?
My first shoot was in my home country: the United States- specifically Las Vegas, Nevada.
How do you feel now about the first shoot you have made with us?
Looking back on the experience, I have nothing but positive memories! This was my first ever nude shoot, and I am grateful Abby Winters was my introduction to professional adult entertainment work. This industry is notoriously selective when it comes to women they are willing to hire. It felt great to know there are companies who prefer working with natural women and without Photoshop editing.
What were you worried about before your first shoot?
My largest concern was clearing up some ingrown hairs. Thankfully my extensive exfoliating practices worked just in time for the shoot. However, I encountered two unexpected pimples popping up the night I arrived in Vegas… just my luck. Thankfully they weren’t bad enough to deter the shoot. Other than that it was smooth sailing.
How did you find working with your Shoot Producer?
My shoot producer, Brad, was incredibly charismatic. We were cracking jokes and laughing throughout the entire shoot. He especially helped me through the video portion. We dedicated the lunch break to intimate discussions that helped me prepare for the video prompts. I appreciate how attentive he was to helping me feel at ease- we even finished an hour ahead of schedule!
How supportive were your friends when you told them?
Of the people I chose to tell, many were not initially supportive- they were concerned about the legitimacy of the opportunity. Once I convinced them it was the real deal… they were still a bit apprehensive, considering the stigma surrounding sex work and solo traveling. However, as the shoot date got closer they became increasingly excited and supportive of my endeavors. I know they wish they could’ve snuck their way to Vegas with me!
